   So, why? According to my layman reasoning we got four brain related basic   
   reasons...   
      
   (I have to warn that further reading can be both academic and confusing. But I   
   think that most of it hold some or rather many legitimate ideas, postulates   
   and thoughts.)   
      
   * The absence of one or both back skull lobes (neck lobes).   
      
   * The existences of ally/foe I me/self instinct versions compared to the   
   single ally/ally version.   
      
   * The big brain’s (cerebrum) setting of a risen resource urge.   
      
   * The little brain’s (cerebellum) settings of /homer /fighter /thief.   
      
   Basically, we can postulate that “evilness” (here abbreviated to E') needs   
   the absence of one or both neck lobes. This absence is by itself manifesting   
   the three other brain reasons till “combined evilness”, E’’. Therefore   
   the other three    
   brain reasons by their own can not be manifested being E’.   
      
   -The missing neck lobe(s) does only by itself create a universal   
   “non-participation” status, E’, for the individual having this deficit.   
   -This is a crucial fact which has an immense and an unconditional impact on   
   the person with this disposition.”

   .. If continuing combining any presumed neck- lobe loss with the big brain’s   
   natural genetic variation concerning the individual’s programing of his or   
   her urge of resources. -This urge can be the desire for a normal amount of   
   resources, doubled    
   amount or halved amount of resources. -In the view of, the society’s (the   
   group that the individual is placed into) average individual amount of wealth,   
   assets or resources...   
      
   Some people want to give away their belongings, resources, and live in   
   poverty, although having little own belongings (halved amount). Some people   
   strive for having a normal amount of their own resources compared to the   
   average standard. -And finally,    
   some people want to have a risen amount of wealth or resources. They urge for   
   a doubled amount of personal resources relative the group or society they are   
   seated in. -Generally these individuals thereafter gather till rich   
   communities in conjunction    
   with the present total society.   
      
   -So, if we combine the genetic natural programming of any individual’s   
   doubled view of his or her own wealth with any presumed loss of one or both   
   neck lobes; this manifests as a definitive urge or a very strong desire.   
   -Often combined with breaking    
   the law or going near its border. This urge or risen wanting naturally induces   
   combined evilness, E’’, into the society or group the individual belongs   
   to. -Observe that the E’’ has a higher probability of manifesting only if   
   any neck lobe loss    
   is at hand.   
      
   Of course, the variants of halved or normal desire for resources can also be   
   confronted with the book of law. With or without any neck lobe deficit. -And   
   still, the variant of a risen urge or a definitive desire for resources has a   
   higher probability,    
   with such confrontations, in combination with defect neck lobes.    
      
   -Or the combination with the risen urge for wealth can in the reality, with   
   the complexity and intelligence that human societies and groups hold, be set   
   into various intrigues, cons, politics and covert intricate game theories. -   
   For example, be set into    
   my putative military/ surveillance operation of OP 57/68. -And in that manner   
   the E’’ can be showing up.
