   If just “brainstorming” against my own will, I can note some more Why-   
   reason. For example, the mentioned mental- deficit induced - “rabies”,   
   stalking and alienation symptoms - are for that time - on the border to be   
   discovered. -And this would    
   strike the law enforcement personnel (especially the surveillance and   
   military) at a considerable high amount. -Both concerning the number of staff   
   and a surprising magnitude of hidden mental problems. I.e the general law   
   enforcement personnel both in    
   USA and SWE would be disclosed as being aggressive (holding “rabies”).   
   -Pursuing both criminals and innocents (stalking). -And being depressed   
   causing problems for investigations and operations (alienation). -And this   
   “problem” could be disclosed    
   if the mental research would continue at a standard pace. This is only one   
   severe added reason till the Why answer.   
      
   We can also mention, at the time of the 1950’s-1960’s, the novel and   
   rather free-minded research and science in human mental deficits and psyche.   
   -That in a mysterious manner thereafter has been “muzzled” and “swept   
   under the carpet”. I.e.    
   been wrongly put aside and hidden at the Universities and mental teaching   
   institutions mainly in the USA and SWE. -Probably the law and military high   
   functioning personnel at these countries “knew” or “suspected” their   
   own mental deficits and    
   worked, and still are working, to hide any relevant research on these matters.   
   -Generally the whole- Western World majority are affected and are therefore   
   “cooperating” (mainly surveillance and military) in a black out. -I.e. OP   
   57/68 have a lot of    
   reasons to once have been launched, and still being in operation, by the law   
   and military in the USA and SWE, for examples.    
      
   -One has to have in mind that the special trade of the military, who are   
   supposed to kill people, gathers that type of kinky staff. -And the   
   surveillance, who for instance, are supposed to spy on individuals, also draws   
   such kinky personnel. So, there    
   are “natural” reasons that make these two trades extra vulnerable for   
   staff having mental differences. -It’s almost inevitable. -Still, killings   
   and assassinations of Western World leaders is really too much.   
      
   By the reasoning here we can include worried Western World, mainly high seated   
   law and military, personnel into the Who* paragraph. -Because of their   
   prestige and economic hazards in the view of the existing black out of novel   
   free-minded scientific    
   mental research. -The Western World’s mental deficits are surprisingly   
   enormous both in amount and in hidden diagnoses.   
      
   And then we have Bob Dylan who “Ain’t going to work for Maggie’s Pa no   
   more”. -Maybe any mental deficit can be found. (-Is Maggie’s Pa the   
   researcher or the law enforcement? Or both?) -Bob says it double bottomed and   
   mysterious. Nothing is sure    
   and clear when one “thinks twice”, if deep analyzing Dylan’s song lyrics   
   and poetry. It creates doubt and finally uncertainty.
