   .. One special treatment that is memorable since 2017 among all other special   
   treatments I’ve been exposed to from the military/ surveillance is the   
   manner of heavy foot stepping every time I am going up from my bed in the   
   mornings. Since about 2017,    
   whenever I’m going up at 4 AM, 4.30 AM, 5 AM, 5.30 AM, 6 AM or 6.30 AM there   
   are heavy footsteps from the neighbors. All time almost every morning since   
   2017. -There is a better way of using tax money from the government's (the US   
   and SWE)...   
      
   Still this manner from the governments is showing on two circumstances:   
      
   1. The governments has been, and still are, “surveying” people they have   
   been interfering with.   
      
   2. The governments has been interfering with people they should not have been   
   interfering with. -I.e. I’m no criminal who needs a survey.   
      
   Probably special “forces” inside these two governments have been executing   
   ethnical and ethical cleansing on people on the normal or left wing spectrum   
   in conjunction with the government's own mental and psychological covert study   
   on these matters. I.   
   e. the governments have been making the same evaluation on human instincts as   
   I’ve been explaining here in RMD. -With the passus that the US and SWE   
   governments have interfered with the natural lives of normal and left wing   
   people all time since they    
   discovered human instincts in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. -Exactly   
   as I’ve written about in my “story” told since about 2005 here in RMD.

   The most alarming conclusion is that “average” people (the neighbors or   
   Bob Dylan, for examples) on the right wing spectrum or people struck by the   
   results from the governmental studies on mental functions have been   
   participating in the interferences    
   of “normal” people. -I.e. been interfering on orders from the mentioned   
   governments.   
      
   This is the most alarming view besides the governmental “Big Brother” view   
   on average and “normal” people. -And of course my “story” of a most   
   spectacular governmental special- “forces” con aimed at the societies   
   involved. -Resulting in    
   that “all” people have changed in their daily behavior. -They are almost   
   “attacking” the few remaining “normal” people now. -The governmental   
   special forces involved have changed the underlying social fundamental   
   “landscape”. -The    
   governmental special forces are skipping and rejecting the book of law in a   
   most astonishing manner. -They don’t follow the law.   
      
   Aha.. there is a special forces group in the governments who doesn't follow   
   the law. And they are inspiring others inside, and outside, the governments to   
   do the same. -That’s the con.
