   I.e. the governments have been making the same evaluation on human instincts   
   as I’ve been explaining here in RMD. -With the passus that the US and SWE   
   governments have interfered with the natural lives of normal and left wing   
   people all time since they    
   discovered human instincts in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. -Exactly   
   as I’ve written about in my “story” told since about 2005 here in RMD.

   The very silent tapping continue almost each morning when I am just awaken.   
   One single silent distinct tap going on for at least half a year,  if not for   
   more than a year. -Then no more abnormal sounds from my neighbors on the whole   
   day. It's just like    
   Pavlov's dog aimed against me. The organization behind these actions is most   
   angry and determined that they are "right". -Seems like "evil" politics.   
      
   Probably there also is a "Area 51" type of scientific "authority" behind the   
   most advanced methods aimed against me for at least 20 years time. -Since I've   
   been "living" in this apartment from 1993 and exposed for very sophisticated   
   interference against    
   me all time.   
      
   I cannot be rid of the suspicion of that CIA is involved as the main   
   organization responsible for such acts. Probably also US citizens have been   
   "controlled" in a similar manner at least since the mid 1960's. It explains   
   the "devotion" and the discipline    
   in the acting against opponents. -Political US/ European opponents.
