   they are out for more, and it's here we can use the word or function -   
   conspiracy...   
       
   The "Big fishes" they really make - conspirations - in its full sense or   
   action.   
      
   And the minor fishes can only ease this form of urge or drive with racism, bad   
   attitude and even occasional murders.   
      
   The Big guys will not be caught with such “minor” conspirations- urges.   
      
   So, then we only have the NATO, UN and CIA remaining for the urge of easen   
   their internal ally/foe- self instinct drive with OP 57/68.   
      
   The Big guys are out for the big loot.
