   I am seeing Bob as a mouthpiece for one or more 'insiders'.  I do think he was   
   told a. 'hard rain' was supposed to fall, and his performing the song just   
   prior to the Cuban Missile Crisis gives a bit of credence to this. Also, the   
   fact that this pre-   
   singing has been covered-up ever since also tends to demonstrate that he may   
   have had some sort of pre-knowledge.
