   It's rather obvious that the OP 57/68 was made (inspired) by the military/   
   surveillance/ political situation of the "Cuban" and socialistic hazard   
   against the US "system" in the early 1950's and the years thereafter. Hence   
   your focus on the Cuban Missile    
   Crisis in October 1962 concerning the song (A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall).   
      
   Still my personal situation with the nuking of me in fall 1960, and the   
   following total massacre of my body and psyche for over 60 years is very   
   enigmatic. If one not consider the psychological "situation" at the military/   
   surveillance/ politicians    
   involved into this anti- socialistic operation. Todays global situation with   
   Trump, Putin and Bolsonaro for example shows that this anti-socialistic "war"   
   is not over.   
      
   I can only record for a gigantic interference of my own body and psyche   
   created from this "war" during all my life span so far.   
      
   And I'm a plain engineer. I am no military, agent or politician.   
      
   So, I just call for my human rights, noting else.   
      
   And probably Bob Dylan was lured, betrayed or enticed to participate in this   
   OP with some songs during the 1960-1990. This makes it so difficult to   
   comprehend and regulate since Bob wrote and sang in public something he never   
   should have done.   
      
   Every artist have an obligation to follow the book of law.   
      
   It's rather obvious that Bob Dylan has broken the law in this manner explained   
   here. Still the military/ surveillance/ politicians involved have made a much   
   more severe and flagrant personal crime against me.   
      
   In this manner Bob Dylan unfortunately is helping for a cover up and giving   
   some type of a false alibi for the OP personnel.
