   The rule here concerning the CIA and the SWE surveillance is - breaking the   
   law - in a concealed manner though.   
      
   Yes, I've said this many times before.   
      
   Still, this is the manner they both govern. (JFK, RFK and Palme, for example.)   
      
   And breaking the law, notoriously, is originally sprung from mental altered   
   dispositions in various ways.   
      
   In this manner the Book of Law is the right treatment. -It's also a healthcare
