   I agree that it looks like Bob is involved in some sort of experiment. I think   
   it has been going on since he went to NYC in 1961. I don't know to what extent   
   he got involved willingly or if he is a ultimately also a victim.    
      
   I am starting to see the possibility that something like MK-ULTRA was   
   involved.  A new book "Poisoner in Chief" adds definition to what we know   
   about Sydney Gottlieb, who had no conscience when it came to using innocent   
   people as guinea pigs for his mind-   
   control schemes.
