   I think the first thing Bob and Albert Grossman did when they decided to   
   try to hijack the Zauberflote was to send Bob on a quick trip to the UK   
   in late 1962. It just so happened Bob and I were both in London at the   
   same time, and then I went on a ski trip to Italy, and Bob just happened   
   to go to Italy, ostensibly to see Suze...   
      
   Maybe odd coincidences, maybe not...
