   This sounds like it's based on the original Oysterband recording on the   
   vinyl 'Liberty Hall', Pukka Records YOP 07, March 1985.  In many ways a good   
   version, but actually rather unsympathetic in mood to the original song.   
      
   I think the people who popularised it in modern times were the Fisher   
   family, particularly Cilla and Artie Tresize  -  I once briefly began to   
   learn it from a tape made by someone else of them doing it in some folk club   
   or other, details now forgotten.  I've checked the vinyl from about then   
   that I still have but it's not on that, so I can't help further with   
   details.
