   It's a song which Hamish Henderson used to be fond of (transcribed from   
   memory, so beware).  It is oddly similar to "Little Wot ye Wha's   
   Coming", although if you look at the latter it uses completely   
   different notes, despite the fact that I've transcribed it in the same   
   key.
