|    Printing Fails in Seamonkey    |
|    17 May 08 17:40:45    |
From: mrc2323@cox.net               I have recently started using SeaMonkey (v. 1.1.9) as my primary       browser, but unlike all other browsers I've used (Netscape, I.E.,       Firefox, Safari), I cannot print a page from it. Whenever I either use       the Print icon, Ctrl-P, or activate a page's "Print" link, I get a       failure error: Printer Error "Printing Failed when starting the       document".        This always occurs _after_ I get the Windows Print dialog box (like       all other applications), so some sort of normal actions has been       _started_ by my actions. I am always forced to save the page's link,       open another browser, paste the line, call the page, and print from the       2nd browser - this always works.        I can only conclude that's there's something wrong with SeaMonkey,       because everything else in my system works as expected - just this       failure of SeaMonkey to print. I've tried the Help and some Google       links, but I can't find any reference to this issue. Please advise.       TIA              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
