I had long thought that footage would be part of the "Live at Wolftrap"
series, but now that it's brought up, maybe I have been thinking wrong
   for some years.

I almost saw them in Vermont in 1977, but we decided to not go at
the last minute. But there was something on PBS that summer with the two
on, so it seemed a stand-in for not going. I then saw Pete that fall
for the first time, here in Montreal. It wasn't till about 1984 or 85
that I saw them together, again here in Montreal (though their first
live album together had some bits from a 1975 concert here).

When I watched the Pete Seeger "American Masters" on PBS some
months ago, I thought it was odd that is more ore less ended at about
1978, when I first saw Pete. His life after that got about fifteen
   minutes.
