It was a great success. Andrew Lang was among the dancers
so he didn't play, but Derek Pelley joined them on bass. The
Auntie Crae Band hosts a session every Tuesday at lunchtime
at Auntie Crae's food shop on Water Street in St. John's, and
that is how they got their name. Ford Elms acted as dance
caller and instructor but most of the dancers were experienced.

But the open mic set had only one act: Graham Wells,
Duncan Cameron and Dave Clarke again this week. So
if you are a musician you are welcome to come play the
open mic set (there are up to 4 spots).

Next week, Dec. 2, the headline act is Sherry Ryan, and
once again Folk Night at The Ship Pub is now starting
at 9:30 p.m. and ending by midnight.
