   I have for sale "The Encyclopedia Of Folk, Country, and Western Music" by   
   Irwin Stambler and Grelun Landon (1969). The Encyclopedia contains 396   
   pages featuring biographies of Folk, and Country and Western artists from   
   Paul Ackerman to Faron Young.
