   By a stroke of great luck, Daniel O'Donnell, Maggie Thatcher and Dick   
   Cheney all fell into the hands of the provos over the weekend.  They were   
   kept in the basement of a safe house and when the time came, their   
   captors discovered, to their chagrin, that they had only two bullets.   
      
   So they shot Daniel O' Donnell twice.   
      
   (This was for the benefit of those few who haven't heard this joke
