   Tonight I went to Folk Night at The Ship and the headliners   
   were Superpickers who are Peter Narvaez on guitar and vocals   
   and harmonica, Sandy Morris on guitar and Glen Collins on   
   guitar,  For this gig they were joined by Dave Rowe on   
   electric bass.   Brad Power and Holly Everett and Steve   
   Hussey all guested for one song each.  They did mostly   
   blues including a fair bit of original material.  I liked   
   them but not enough to buy their CD but my sister Marg   
   did buy their CD.   I had only two pints of Storm Irish Red.   
      
   The open mic set featured music from members of Forgotten   
   Bouzouki,  Willy Onetree, Nadine Hollett and Don Walsh   
   of Solid Ground, and Tom Power, Emilia Bartellas and   
   Matthew Byrne of The Dardanelles.   
      
   Next week the headliner is Mike Hanrahan and the week   
   after the headliner is Jim Fidler.   See
