   Last night I heard The Freels at Folk Night at The Ship Pub   
   here in St. John's, Newfoundland.   
      
   They are a very young traditional ensemble who have been   
   together for two years and are already very good plus I   
   think they have great potential.   Last night they   
   packed the house.  The host said (not on mike) that   
   they are almost as good as The Dardanelles only a lot   
   cheaper; well I think they should charge a bit more next   
   time around.   
      
   They consist of:   
      
   Danny Mills: flute/whistles/guitar/bodhran/vocals   
   Fergus Brown-O'Byrne: concertina/accordion   
   Maria Peddle (not sure of her name) fiddle/vocals   
   Andrew (not sure of his name) guitar/accordion/backing vocals   
   one more guy (Peter?)  fiddle/bodhran/backing vocals
