Pat & Victoria Garvey split in 1972. Pat suffered a stroke around 2005 and has
since been paralyzed on one side and unable to walk or play guitar. I was
married to Victoria for 42 years and we continued to play together as Don &
   Victoria Armstrong until
her death on May 5, 2014 of recurring colon cancer. She had the voice of an
angel and the ability to sing any kind of music and sing it well. And that was
matched by her incredible song-writing. I miss her dearly.
