   No, not really.  It's more like saying - assuming the innocence of the victim -   
   that someone who once ran naked through Central Park at midnight screaming,   
   "Fuck me!  Fuck me!  Fuck me!" and actually got raped - shouldn't go running   
   naked through Central Park at midnight anymore screaming, "Fuck me!" if they   
   don't want it to happen again.  Assuming their innocence, running naked through   
   Central Park at midnight screaming "Fuck me!" isn't intrinsicly "bad" in and of   
   itself.  But who can deny that the rape the 2nd time around would have been   
   extraordinarily easy to avoid - by simply not running through Central Park   
   naked   
   at midnight screaming, "Fuck me!"?
