XPost: rec.music.afro-latin, rec.music.collecting.misc       From: ms@nospam.com              You could probably find a piece of sheet music for it someplace, with a       composed piano accompaniment, probably rather stiff.              Calypso is a folk music, not usually played from a score. Better just to       listen to it, and figure out the chords to play on the piano, and give it a       calypso feel., The chord progressions in calypso are very simple, usually       just variations of I-IV-V-I. (I think that progression would get you through       most of that song. )              But-I'm sure you could find sheet music to it somewhere on the Internet.       There are even online sheet music companies where you download the sheet       music and print it out, after purchase. But be aware that's not how calypso       is normally played, from sheet music.                     "tailspin1" |
