   Wow, speaking of starting off on the wrong foot, where on Earth did you get   
   that bizarre notion?  Africa was once home to some of the wealthiest   
   kingdoms and empires in history, not least of which was the Egyptian empire,   
   whose buildings remain standing in modern times.  There was also the Mutapa   
   empire, which was ultimately destroyed by Europeans, like many African   
   nations.   
      
   In any case, nobody in alt.atheism is interested in the economy or politics   
   of Africa, so why did you post this here?
