   before the only people left in California are illegal aliens and other   
   welfare recipients. Then guess what? The rest of the country's taxpayers   
   will be paying for them because California won't have much of a, if any,   
   tax base.   
      
   I have been to Idaho and I understand the allure. As mentioned in the   
   article, as long as the transfers leave California (and The Garden of   
   Oregon) lunatic politics and rampant crime behind, Idahoans are glad to   
   have them.
