        I had a similar experience with Consumer Cellular recently. It was   
   easy enough to talk to a human, but I had to talk to them too often and   
   they couldn't help me most of the time. If you don't mind being treated   
   like a child that might be the service for you.   
      
        For example, we accidentally used too much data. No problem. They   
   just move you to another data plan. When that happens the website won't   
   show you any information about data plans lower than what you got bumped   
   to, until the end of the billing cycle. The ads say you can change data   
   plans anytime. In real life you have to wait until the end of the   
   billing cycle. Theuy don't explain this on the website. If you talk to a   
   human they will tell that no one can help you until the end of the   
   billing cycle. I got tired of climbing their phone tree without getting   
   anything.   
      
        Oh well. I was about ready for a new phone anyhow. I had to buy one   
   so I could go back to Visible Wireless. I'm just waiting for my new sim   
   card now.
