In honesty, it was entirely my fault that I ended up where I did during
the storm. But it's a story for another day. I actually really like
Nebraska and Iowa. I intended to get to, and eventually did, make it to
Council Bluffs, Iowa. We slept in the Bass Pro lot right near the Mid
America Center. The view to the west of the city of Omaha is really
quite beautiful from there. Though, we also were right in the Eppley
Airfield runway pattern and got a bit of jet noise, but it quieted down
   after 11 pm.

The storm was big news on the AM radio the next day, so we had lots of
   companions in our misfortune.

12 in Utah is an amazing road. Well worth driving the whole thing.
Would have liked to do it in something other than the RV pulling the
Bronco, but I still enjoyed it.
