   No, though I've seen some that are.  I think they're those $2000 ones   
   that go permanently on houses.  I don't need that.  I loosen the locking   
   bolt and turn the pipe.  There's an alignment window on the Starlink app   
   that makes getting it pointed right it super easy.   
   BTW, they seem to like pointing north.
