That's NORMAL. Dogs are ready to
go to their new HOWESES at six weeks.
Five is O.K. So's four. Whatever you got.

Lucky thing you was there for him.

Good. You don't need a reason like
maybe you want to run a backyard
puppy mill like handsome jack and
a few other of these lying dog abusing
punk thug coward mental cases givin
you the third degree on accHOWENT

in your bedroom and jerking and choking

Your question suggests you're a shock collar fancier.

   > Does it mean that he needs your permission
   > to do this teaching?

Means people who shock dogs are misled
by university trained behaviorists and veterinarians.

Either that, or they're mentally ill.

   > Does it mean that he's supposed to teach for free?

Means decent people don't hurt and murder
dogs like you do and try to get HOWET callin
THAT, rescue. You should leave dogs alone
cause you're an abuser and collector. You've
got the Rescue / Shelter Angel complex like
suja and tara o. aka tee lying "I LOVE KOEHLER"
lynn and disciple cris, other similarly afflicted
mental cases who hurt and murder dogs and
   call it rescue.

Lucky thing there's a "WEE BIT OF MONEY"
for the Angels, accordin to "TOO MANY NO
   KILL SHELTERS" kind2dogs nolan.

he abuses for fun and profit.

   > cash in my labor for a paycheck"?

   FRAUDreck uses deceptive business practices
to swindle people HOWETA their hard earned
dough. Ask him abHOWET collar conditioning
and ask HOWE COME he doesn't advise his
   CUSTOMERS before they EXXXPERIMENT
with his shock collar at those "seminars".

   It's a SCAM.

   > With all due respect,

You shock dogs. You kidnap dogs off the
street and turn them in to death camps
you call shelters so they WON'T SUFFER
bein FREE withHOWET a DOG LOVER like
yourself to HURT them with shock collars.

   That's HOWE COME we know you're a
   MENTAL CASE, flick.

   > this seems awfully arrogant.

What's awfully arrogant is a dog abuser
trying to convince herself she's a rescue
   angel...

Electric fencing can be pretty cheap. Fido-shock makes a
    dog-strength charger that's around $40. A couple hundred
feet of wire, say $15-20. Get either pound-in T posts or some
PVC pipe for posts, $1-3 each. Only need 'em every 10-15 ft
If using T posts, you need plastic clips for the wire, about $4
for 25. IMO best fence for confining dogs is a combination of
physical barrier and hot wire at top and bottom.

    I use elec. fence

"Frankly, I'd rather see them shot than dumped.
*(dumped = set free, turned loose, unmolested, TPW)

My preference would be for neither, naturally -
to a rescue, or keeping the dog. Cripes, it doesn't
cost *that* much to feed and care for a dog," flick 100785
