   Be more specific - are you looking for import/quarrantine information?   
   or are you looking for advice on researching breeders, reasonable contract   
   terms etc?

   Please use caution.  In most cases where a breeder has a careful well   
   thought out breeding program they are reluctant to send a puppy out of the   
   country unless to another person of equivalent skill and interest. Many   
   breeders, however, are eager to send out their less acceptable dogs. In   
   one move they make their dogs seem sought after and "cull" undesired   
   genetic material.
