   We don't have leash laws like you do in the US, most parks have an area   
   cordoned off for children to play safely and plenty of space around for off   
   lead dog play, so long as your dog is fairly well behaved and doesn't go off   
   after cyclists, joggers, skaters etc. Dogs are allowed on trains, so just   
   out side of Londfon you can also find large areas of 'green belt'   
   specifically set aside for people to enjoy and prevent urban sprawl... (in   
   theory, at least)...   
      
   I can safely say you wont have any problems enjoying active dog ownership in   
   London.
