   I have a moron for a neighbor who has a very friendly pitbull.   
      
   When she moved in I saw the dog was not being walked much, so I   
   offered to walk it for her, and she said yes.   
      
   So, I was walking it and the dog is really very sweet and loves   
   people and is very affectionate.   
      
   Then we had a conflict about her friends parking in my carport and   
   she is pissed right? So now, after the dog and I have become good   
   friends she tells me not to walk it any more and not to give it   
   treats, cuz the dog is getting to friendly with other people,   
   haha. Sure.   
      
   So she is punishing me and her dog, who cannot understand why I do   
   not pay it much attention any more. Alright, so what is your take   
   on this. I know I will get some flames from people who think she   
   is right, but I just think this is punishing the dog to get back   
   at me and it is wrong.
