Not sure if this is anticipation but I do believe it's dissappointment, I'l
ltell my dog we are going in a car ride later, he will follow me everytime I
go to the door for the rest of the day, he loves car rides. Then when I
take him out he will run immediately to the car, he only does this when
promised acar ride, it's his treat. But if for some reason the car ride is
delayed, he will keep looking out the window and whining. (I do not mention
the car ride again) To me he's dissappointed, he wants the car ride now!
