I have a problem with this Ohio statute; suppose an illegal drug
manufacturer trains some poor pit bull to keep trespassers away from his
house (and his laboratory). He's only doing his job as a watchdog, why
should be put down just because his master happens to be engaged in
   criminal activity?

This one sounds much better. A pity it isn't more universal across the
   states.
