   I agree...very rarely do dogs and cats in the country get   
   bitten....sometimes the more, well, unintelligent breeds such as boxers do   
   (no offence to boxer fans) Our dogs usually hang back and bark, and wait for   
   us to do the dirty work! The cats are too smart to even notice a snake, of   
   course.
