|    Issues with VGSR, Virginia German Shephe    |

From: egruf_usenet2@cox.net              I've recently had a poor experience with VGSR (Virginia German Shepherd       Rescue), even after being vetted and becoming an approved adopter. My main       point of contention is the inaccuracy of several of the available dog's       bios/web pages. When I have brought this to the attention of both the       President and Vice President of VGSR, I received no rational response as to       why these bios/pages can not be updated with accurate information. Instead       all I have been recited is "why would we do this, it's not in our best       interest" and dog naming policy mantra. I have provided a specific example       of the total omission of mentioning the severe separation anxiety of a dog       I had in my home for a week trial, now two weeks later, and the issue of a       foster renaming a dog and the page not reflecting it. All I got was a       "sorry," but the root problems have not been addressed. I'd like to hear       from anyone else who has experienced anything similar in their dealings       with VGSR.              Details of these issues may be found at:       http://edwardgruf.com/VGSR/vgsr_experiences.html       ----------       Ed Ruf Lifetime AMA# 344007 (Usenet2@EdwardG.Ruf.com)       http://EdwardGRuf.com              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
