Exactly what kind of information are you looking for that will make a
   difference in your decisions now?

You have a close inbreeding, not an interbreeding. But as you don't know
the terminology I suspect you haven't done any reading of books on dog
breeding. And that probably means you haven't done a significant amount
of research into the health and other qualities of the dogs in the line.
You didn't even provide information on the breed of dog. Which means it is
not possible to predict how risky this breeding is.

I suspect you won't hear a word of a suggestion that you not breed at all.
I suspect you won't consider getting the bitch spayed now, even though
that is the right thing to do. So basically there is no advice that will
be helpful to you about this particular situation.

There is some information that might help in the future, depending on
whether you are open minded enough to make use of it.

Inbreeding brings out more recessive genes. Recessive genes are not
always bad. In most breeds the very qualities of the breed depends on the
expression of those rescessives. BUT you just won't know and can't know
what will happen in this case because you don't have the information on
the dogs bred, nor on the health of the dogs behind them.

ANY breeding without understanding genetics is a bad thing to do. But if
you MUST breed then at least pick up a couple of books and learn more
about the consequences of what you are doing. I have some good books
   listed here http://www.dogplay.com/Breeding/
