   No one can know that, but usually it does change. Don't push for "love"   
   Sometimes even the most attached and loyal dog is not physically   
   demonstrative.  Do provide a consistent, predictable schedule.  And do   
   take a dog training class.  The class will help you and her learn to   
   communicate, at least if it is a good class.  Consider a clicker based   
   class.
