   Hi, I dog sit for my neighbor's dog, a mixed breed that weighs around 40lbs.   
   He scratches an awful lot and I suspect he has fleas.   
   What's the best way to get rid of them and keep them off the dog?   I don't   
   believe the owner is going to do anything about it.   
   Also, what do you get recommend for dog food?
