   Maybe he meant when the Pac-8 poached Arizona and Arizona State from the WAC   
   to become the Pac-10. But then again, when Arizona and Arizona State helped   
   found the WAC, they helped crush both the Border and Skyline conferences. But   
   the Border Conference    
   was already down a significant Texas presence when Texas Tech left the Border   
   Conference for the SWC. That's where I'm starting my blame.
