   One change in the East based on the consensus of 15 "magazine" predictions   
   instead of 5: Florida and South Carolina have flip-flopped with South Carolina   
   now predicted 4th and Florida 5th.

   Also, one change in the West, and it's at the bottom: Mississippi State moved
