   QB - stinks.  Not smart and can't read defenses.   
   OL - strong, slow, don't fit the QB.   
   Receivers - lazy, slow, don't work hard.   
   Defense - not bad, nothing to play for, getting worn down.   
   Coach - decent coach, 50% of his players need to be kicked.
