   until October 31, here are my Way Too Early CFP Bowl Projections (using   
   NOTCFP):   
      
   Sugar: Penn State (Big 10 champion) - Washington (Pac-12 champion)   
      
   Rose: Ohio State - Texas (Big 12 champion)   
      
   Orange: Florida State (ACC champion) - Michigan (highest ranked Big   
   10/SEC/Notre Dame team not in the playoff and not a conference champion)   
      
   Peach: Georgia (SEC champion) - Oklahoma   
      
   Cotton: Oregon - Alabama   
      
   Fiesta: who cares - er, Fresno State (presumed highest ranked Group of 5   
   conference champion) - Utah (I hope my nephew, who currently attends Utah,   
   isn't an RSFC reader...)
