   This is why they are actually beginning to talk promotion-relegation for US   
   college football.   
      
   I do see a bunch of the second-stringers, etc. fired at the end of this season   
   in Colorado -- it's clear the question is now depth and Sanders will address   
   that and ruthlessly.
