   Yes, but not only would neither of them get a bye, I doubt that either of them   
   would even get a home game in the first round, unless the CFP Management   
   Committee decides to have a "if an at-large team plays a conference champion   
   in the first round, the    
   conference champion hosts the game even if it is the lower seed" rule, which I   
   doubt will happen ("hey - be glad you're in the playoff at all").
