   So a team that practices together all week with their coach can't win a game   
   if said coach isn't on the sidelines?  There's probably a few ways he could   
   communicate with his replacement during the game.   
   This seems like an easy way out and he gets to start being on the sidelines   
   after the regular season.  Time served.
