   Three points:   
      
   1. Military officers are responsible for every thing their   
   unit does or fails to do.  Same thing applies to Head Football Coaches.     
    If you believe all that signal stealing went on and neither Harbaugh or his   
   coaches knew    
   about it, I can get you a great deal on some prime ocean front property in   
   Kansas.   
      
   2. The Vegas line is favoring Michigan by 4.5 points over Penn State but   
   even if Michigan beats them it doesn't matter much because Penn State   
   has already lost to Ohio State.   
      
   3. Ohio State is ranked #1, they are 9-0 undefeated and they played a   
   tougher schedule than Michigan did.  So if Michigan beats Ohio State   
   they will be the Champs.  If not, It's the Buckeyes. Period.
