   Not a year or 13 1/2 months from now.  And he doesn't even feel the suspension   
   of Posse Comitatus would do it.   
      
   You wanna talk about $1.5M?  That's a postage stamp in San Francisco -- and it   
   started getting bad when I got off those streets...
