   Because that's not all what it would cost. Anything that bad would be too   
   obvious, and the QB and his family would sue the player(s), the coach(es) that   
   ordered it, and the school for God's own amount of money - and that's assuming   
   they stop short of    
   demanding an assault charge and the resulting prison time.
