From: james.m.gibson@gmail.com              Assuming we had a 12-team playoff this year and the same CFP rankings existed,       Oklahoma would have been really ticked off for not getting in (probably are       about not making NY6 as well, but that's not big news).              They had a neutral win over a team in the playoffs, whereas Penn State,       Mississippi, and Missouri had no wins over teams in the playoffs. The Big Ten       gets 3 teams, the SEC gets 4 teams, and the Big 12 only gets 1? I think       Oklahoma would have had a        legitimate gripe.              But ... I think with 12, no team left out will have a claim that they should       have been considered for #1. I'm not sure we have that this year.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
