   Huge favorite over an undefeated Oklahoma team, but lost 13-2.  But they had a   
   loss to a 1-loss Miami team (in fact, this caused the BCS to add the quality   
   win component) who had a loss to a 1-loss Washington team who had a loss to a   
   2-loss Oregon State    
   team.   
      
   Based on historical data, I'm feeling less inclined to feel for FSU.  Granted,   
   the current players weren't even born when either of those things happened,   
   whereas Mike Norvell was a player for Louisiana Tech in that 2000 season and a   
   12 year old kid    
   during that Notre Dame / Florida State controversy.
